Due to the fact that from May 25, 2018, all economic activities should apply the provisions of the GDPR - Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 GDPR on the protection of natural persons in connection with processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data - we kindly inform you that this privacy policy informs how we protect the processed personal data of natural persons.
This confidentiality policy is in accordance with the above-mentioned regulation and the provisions of national law.

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of concluding a contract for the manufacture and installation of stairs, railings and the purchase of all other products of our company. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 paragraph 1 point b) of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016, i.e. processing is necessary to perform the contract and take action before the conclusion of the contract.
Providing data is voluntary. We also assure our clients that their personal data will not be sold or otherwise transferred to other entities for commercial purposes, unless the data subject gives his consent. All personal data will not be passed on to third parties.
Your personal data will be stored for a period of 1 full financial year from the date of termination, expiry or performance of the data contract.
Since we do not use your data, there is no need to update the data.
The data that appears in the accounting archive refers to the moment when services or accounting documents were issued. You can ask to delete your documents and emails from our archive at any time.
All documents containing personal data on our external drive are secure, password protected and have no contact with the Internet.
This protects them against unauthorized access, viruses, and other hacker attacks. We do not voluntarily disclose data to unauthorized third parties.
Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
All our clients have the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before her withdrawal.
All customers have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016.
